真的很抱歉,我不知怎樣竟然都沒注意到!
你說的會水水的,我烤的時後也會,尤其是海鮮類的食材更容易出水,
我想應該是因為自己做的,材料都很新鮮,會出水是正常的,
我都是在出爐時用廚房紙巾把水份吸乾一點,
要不就是批薩上的料要先處理過,
比如說:蔬菜類的(洋蔥,蘑菇等等)先炒過,海鮮類的先川燙過,
這樣也許能稍微改善一些,
不過,我都沒這樣做過啦,因為即使是有點水水的,
還是很新鮮很好吃的!
