腳!!

今天...
又要來延續腳痛的話題了!!

前天去看了醫生之後...
推拿.電療完之後整個是很明顯的腫起來的!!
而且...
真他媽的痛死了!!!!!!!!!!!

用了護踝
真的沒有辦法了...
還是痛...

休息是吧...
應該是沒有辦法吧...
冏...

啊啊~~

不想一直用護踝...
會變成依賴性
所以只有痛跟上班的時候用著

持續的看醫生
然後推拿
接著在讓它痛...

好討厭...
