發炎!!

前陣子...
因為腳一直很痛又痲的!!
所以在前天去看了醫生!!

結果...
大驚啊~~
腳的筋發炎了!!
難怪一直在痛...

醫生跟按摩師說休息就會好
現在已經在休息了吶!!
可是她就愈來愈痛
好像要爆掉了吶!!

那天在按摩的時候一直很痛
可是都不敢說...
因為~
痛才會好!!
這是我多年的經驗!!

現在只希望腳趕快好
腳受傷有很多事情都不好做吶!!
