開始復健耶



這幾天想說好無聊可以來踩踩板子

有空趕快練練不然下次鎚子噴掉左腳才會爭氣些哈...



就跟做復健一樣,先從150開始..一直增加到200...而且還是兩拍哈哈哈哈

真的跟老人一樣哈

一邊聽節拍器一邊看康熙,還可以練爬格子..太神奇了


室友好會踩真是尷尬死了 但是如果要跑步我又會發脾氣唉






拜託快出現天才我欠缺指點哈,有什麼方法能讓兩隻腳快速頭好壯壯

如果你有什麼好經驗或老經驗..拜託一定要教我哈哈


再來把HAT跟RIDE都換成K cst哈哈哈正典
