蛋黃米糕

 

材料:尖糯米300、鹹蛋黃3粒、五花肉100、蝦米20、香菇6朵、紅蔥頭40、蒜頭30、香菜2

調味料:醬油、豬油、糖、味精、酒、胡椒粉、五香粉

製作過程:

1.   糯米泡水→用滾水燙40秒→瀝乾→蒸10分鐘

2.   肉切小丁、紅蔥頭切丁、肥標切丁、香菇切丁、蒜頭切末

爆香紅蔥頭、蒜頭、香菇、肥標、肉→放入蒸好的糯米→加水、醬油加調味料→炒均勻
