銀芽雞絲

 

材料:雞胸肉半付(6)、豆芽菜6兩、辣椒1支、蔥1支、雞蛋1/2

調味料:1T、太白粉2T、香油少許

作法:

1.    豆芽菜去頭尾,辣椒切絲,蔥切蔥花,雞肉切絲,然後用鹽1T+太白粉2T+香油少許醃製

2.    鍋內加半鍋水,水滾後先燙雞絲在燙豆芽菜

3.    1T炒辣椒++雞絲+豆芽菜炒勻即可
