檸檬杏仁煎鱸魚~做法

method方法:

1. 鱸魚先去鱗去鰓去內臟,洗乾淨擦乾

2.  取菲力灑胡椒鹽備用

3.  馬鈴薯入滾水煮熟,去皮切半備用

4.  鍋中倒油,鱸魚沾粉煎

5.  鱸魚煎成金黃色,將多餘的油倒掉→加入白葡萄酒連鍋進烤箱烤

6.  烤熟後取出放在盤上,旁邊放煮好的馬鈴薯

7.   洋蔥碎+奶油+杏仁片+檸檬汁++胡椒小火炒香→倒在魚上即可
