蒜泥白肉
材料:五花肉(完整)半斤、蒜頭1/2兩、蔥1支、香菜2根、小黃瓜1條
調味料:醬油膏、糖、醋、紅油、冷開水
作法:
1. 五花肉燙熟切薄片
2. 蒜頭切泥、香菜切末
3. 小黃瓜切方型片,放在肉下當裝飾
4. 醬汁:蒜泥+醬油膏+鹽+煮肉的肉湯+醋+香油+少許辣油然後淋在肉上即可
