筋痛

不知大家是否有過

半夜突然抽筋

oh~~~

那真的是有夠痛 

想叫都叫不出

有一陣子沒這樣了

這晚

不曉得怎稿的

突然抽筋

隔天

走路

腳好痛

我的腿

已經有洩不完的乳酸

真不敢想像如果大力洩會是怎樣

屁股又痛

坐也不是

實在是叫人坐立難安

我看

還是去躺平好了

時間已晚
