豬排

最近看了美食節目介紹日式炸豬排讓我突然超想吃豬排的,索性想到冰箱還有之前烤肉用剩了豬肉片,

就來個DIY日式炸豬排,先將已醃的入味的豬肉片在加上五香粉、米酒然後裹粉下鍋油炸,炸起來的豬

排只有香味濃郁,咬下一口裡頭還流著滿滿的肉汁對第一次DIY炸豬排的經驗跟實驗結果感到非常

滿意下次要換有瘦有肥的里肌肉跟不同的炸粉來做嘗試
