干物女減肥系列‧前言

話說最近的生活過得太過安逸了~~

導致本人的小ㄈㄨˋ又回來與我相會了

連我的阿那答都看不過去不想理我了

如果未來想當美美的新娘子

我最好從現在開始減重了

畢竟我只有忙著打工的那段時間

才有機會在體重機上面看到四開頭的公斤數

其餘都是五開頭

今天是2010.08.01嶄新的開始

計畫一整年的減重塑身計畫
