蔥油餅






今天我利用做薑軍包剩下來的麵粉做蔥油餅!!還不錯吃建議大家下次用高筋麵粉做可能比較有嚼勁!!我的做法是把蔥加進去麵粉裡和一和把他揉成麵團在去分一小團一小團的
再把桿薄來,再放下去煎成金黃色即可!!我是加甜辣醬吃還不錯我煎了好多塊... 下次你們也可以自己在家DIY喔!!
