健康好滋味--核桃吐司




好久沒做麵包了
找了周老師的葡萄乾吐司食譜
把葡萄乾換成核桃
其份量也從275g(12兩吐司*1)改成240g(12兩吐司*2)

雖然有點手忙腳亂
麵團也沒打出薄膜
最後還心急地在吐司未冷的狀態下切片=.=
不過還好味道並未讓人失望

自製吐司成本其實很高
不過健康安心無價!!
