0802 Eating Tips
Typhoon caused heavy damage and we got a Typhoon holiday. Raining day is good for studying. I have learned some eating tips.
Eat too much and you get fat. That’s just common sense then diet guides come alone and say that certain foods can allow you to eat your way to a slimmer waistline. Such foods are called “Zero-calorie food”, and listed examples include high-fiber fruit and veggies like lettuce, celery and grapefruits. Late-night eating does not cause weight gain that sounds like wishful thinking, well it is.
A big mistake that many dieters make is to crash diet. As natural defense mechanism against starvation, the body’s metabolic rate is reduced to compensate rapid loss of fat reserves. With slower metabolism and muscles loss, the net result of crash dieting is flab and fat that returns with a vengeance.
Proper weight loss is best achieved with exercise, which incidentally brings myriad health benefits. But for those unaccustomed to exercising, it can be near-possible to find motivation to do regularly.
I’m glad that I have regularly exercising, listed examples including Aikido, fist and swimming. It made me stay age and feeling more energetic. I have many friends who encourage me and practicing together that makes for fun.
