Buying train ticket
Buying train ticket:
This summer, I was planning on taking a trip to Europe. My first step was talking to my friend who is a travel agent to see how much the train passes or ticket cost for a two-week trip. I was looking for some kind of pass that allows me to get on and off the train at any stop during the trip. I didn’t care about if I ride first class or not. I was most concerned about saving money, so some discount train pass would be the best. The fares often drop in price depending on the season. If I end up my traveling during the off season, I might be able to get a better deal on train passes. However, I only have a limited amount of the time to a trip, so I didn’t want to get struck on a slow-moving train that makes stop at any station.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of traveling by train compare with other transportations?
