第二個禮拜減重成果

上個禮拜三餐都很正常,晚上也有吃到澱粉,但運動時間有加長至1小時(暖身、健走、緩和運動),今天量體重為52公斤,但有一影響變項存在,就是今天中午沒吃中餐,早上吃波羅麵包和咖啡,下午4點多快五點量體重,所以應該說上禮拜並無變化,所以這禮拜如果想要體重下降1公斤就還要繼續努力。
