睡眠

自從懷了大兒子開始
睡眠變的很糟糕
黑眼圈越來越可怕
我現在都不敢把眼鏡拿掉了

最近學著某人用酒精催眠
果然真的有效大約4-5小時可以熟睡
這樣應該會比較好吧!!!
