心理壓力


身體,很會逃避!

一直給我生怪病,腦跟身體為何不能好好相處哩~

少喝飲料、少喝冰水、不要吃太鹹 !

10點上床,4點起床也有6小時~

身體你不要太得寸進尺耶

都給你睡了,還讓我身體毛病一堆

抵制自己的欲望,讓自己更有味道!

當一天和尚,敲一天鐘!
