鮮奶酪


食材

a.鮮奶350g(咖啡專用)
b.白砂糖20g
c.吉利丁4片(泡冰水15分鐘)
d.動物性鮮奶油350g

做法

1.吉利丁泡冰水15分鐘(前置作業)
2.把a.b倒入鍋裡小火加熱至60度
3.把c加入2鍋
4.再將d倒入2鍋
5.取適當的液體,倒入模型中,放入冷藏4小時
