    睡醒的早餐 很重要 第一杯奶昔要記得喝
    便當的話 建議不要加滷汁 那些配菜用水過過
    [不過才剛開始不用太勉強 慢慢去修正他就好了]
    水喝的有點少 這樣"排"量會不夠
