Your call
Today is the first day of weekdays after Chinese New Year vacation, and lots of officers and workers hate this day, I guess.
After opening for a new lunar year, all of workers went for lunch, and I just told Grace that I got your message during Chinese New Year.
“Did you get her message?” I asked.
Grace said no. Well, a suggestion had been made quickly. “Let’s call her!” I said.
You are the one of Grace’s ex-coworkers, and we met each other at T.G.I about 5 years ago. We went out only twice, but texted each other for regarding about two ~ three times per year. A phone call had been made after 5 years.
“Hi, are you free to talk?” I asked.
“Sorry, I’m busy, and who are you, excuse?” she replied.
You didn’t recognize my phone number! It was ok, and I just introduced myself quickly and passed the phone to Grace. After saying hello, the phone had been ended no more two minutes.
Was it an ending? No! You called me back politely at your lunch time. We didn’t talked much, because you were going to be busy for your work.
That was surprised me a lot, and nice to talk with you!
