翠玉瓜炒肉片

翠玉瓜、瘦肉切片

瘦肉片用生抽、老抽、糖、少許水醃。再加豆粉、麻油、生油。

燒熱油鑊,先炒肉片至9成熟左右,盛起。再將翠玉瓜片加入,炒一炒,加入肉片,炒至肉片全熟即可~~
