紅蘿蔔炒雞片

紅蘿蔔、雞扒切片

雞片用生抽、老抽、糖、少許水醃。再加豆粉、麻油、生油。

燒熱油鑊,先炒雞片至8成熟左右,盛起。再將紅蘿蔔片加入,炒至半熟,加入雞片,炒至雞片全熟即可~~
