三絲炒韓國粉絲

材料:
紅蘿蔔,青椒各1個(切幼絲)
瘦肉(切幼絲)
韓國粉絲

做法:
1.  肉絲先用生抽、老抽、糖、水醃一醃,再加豆粉、麻油、生油再醃一醃
2.  粉絲浸軟
3.  澆熱鑊,加少許油,分別炒肉絲、紅蘿蔔,青椒,盛起備用
4.  加入粉絲,炒一炒,加入三絲,炒勻
5.  加少許生抽、老抽、糖,炒勻即可~~
