四月第三,四週
比完西湖標鐵後
休息了兩天
又開始另一階段的訓練
游泳利用浮標來訓練手臂的力量
單車以踩踏重齒來訓練爬坡能力

因為天候的影響
跑步訓練少之又少
接下來幾週
跑步項目必須要加緊訓練才行
