Wesley-訓練日誌(BASE1-1)

基礎1期 第一週
搭配心率錶來訓練
一切都覺得很新鮮
但是
才使用一週
心率錶測不到心跳
可能是胸帶有問題
胸帶背面發現裂痕
是我不小心弄到的
還是我買到瑕疵品 不知

已經把錶寄到台中的公司
看看是否能夠適用保固期換個新的
沒關係
沒錶還是一樣按表操課
