一個人

我總是學不會一個人生活
因為我真的很怕一個人
很怕身邊沒有人知道我的存在
很怕沒有人在乎我
很怕一個人孤孤單單的

但我覺得我這樣不行
萬一.......真的有一天
我真的要一個人的話
我可能會被我自己打敗
所以我現在一定要習慣自己一個人
習慣一個人做任何事
但問題是我不知道要怎樣??
才會習慣一個人

請幫幫我
