偽造文書的問題

甲因卡債纏身，無以後繼，遂偽造A之印章一枚(A乃虛偽之人)，並持以蓋用於空白支票上，以A之名義簽發面額新台幣十萬元之支票一張。隨即，據以供作擔保，持向有人B借款十萬元，惟被B當場識破，悍然拒絕之。
甲未斷念，三日後又另偽造C名義簽名於該票背面，以增加該票被接受度，轉而向地下錢莊借款五萬元，順利得手。
試問
　　(1)前一行為，甲可能觸犯之罪名有幾？各為何罪名？
　　(2)後一行為，甲可能觸犯之罪名有幾？各為何罪名？
　　(3)甲之行為應作如何處斷？
