【光华日报】 刘天球：皇冠城路口路段 隶属雪政府范围

（吉隆坡10日讯）雪州行政议员刘天球指出，大马测量与图测局的量地报告已证明Grand Saga大道公司皇冠城主要道路是属于雪州政府，因此该大道公司没有权力在有关范围设路墩。
也是掌管雪州地方政府、研究及考察事务的刘天球表示，大马测量与图测局是于周五下午4时将信件及图测寄给加影市议会，并将副本寄给他。他指出，有关信件及图测已证实有关大道公司设路墩的范围是属于雪州政府，且是由发展商交给雪州政府的，因此该大道公司没有权力在有关路段设路墩。他今日在现场接受媒体访问时，这么指出。
他表示，他们将把有关信件及图测交给雪州法律顾问做一进步的确认。此外，他们也会要求公共工程局鉴定蕉赖旧路是属于雪州政府还是中央政府。
欧阳捍华矢言 为被捕者争取公道
史里肯邦安州议员欧阳捍华表示，他们将为在周四晚被捕及被打的公众及国会议员争取公道。
他指出，在周四晚居民拆路墩当天，其中两名摩托车骑士、泗岩沫国会议员林立迎及开路委员会陈文华被打，并于较后被捕。
他说，据2名骑士透露，两人被捕后，其中一人曾被警方人员掌掴，另一人则在挣扎期间手及胸部被打。他们将为上述4人争取公道。
同时，他也希望大道公司放弃在皇冠城主要通道设立路墩，同时警方别在利用武力对待居民。
仄罗斯里促当局 尊重调查结果
乌鲁冷岳国会议员仄罗斯里促请Grand Saga大道公司、公共工程局（JKR）及大道局（LLM）尊重大马测量与图测局的调查结果。
他表示，大马测量与图测局已证明皇冠城主要通道是属于雪州政府，因此希望有关当局尊重这个结果。
同时，他指出，警方也应该调整该路段的红绿灯，以避免该处的交通陷入混乱。
罗国强：法律基金援助陈文华被捕
皇冠城开路委员会财政罗国强指出，他们将会利用该会法律基金来协助声援该会主席陈文华被捕。他表示，该会的法律基金共有2万令吉，而其中1万令吉用在租用铲泥机、聘用神手机其他杂费上。
他指出，他们会利用剩余的基金费用来协助声援该会主席陈文华被捕。
陈国伟促中央交代
行动党蕉赖区国会议员陈国伟要求中央政府对联邦后备队使用暴力对待居民事件做出交代。他表示，警方对居民做出粗暴的举动、滥用权力是极为不公平的，在此事件上，政府甚至出动联邦后备队对付手无寸铁的居民，警方对泗岩沫国会议员林立迎动粗是不合理，他要求政府对此事做出交代。
他也谴责政府违反人权，对此事不闻不问，因为此事已引起许多民怨。
针对国会后座议员俱乐部张庆信日前指民主行动党在皇冠城风波上误导人民，把法律操控在自己手中。 同时劝居民不要搞事，有关风波是发展商责任。
他认为张庆信的言论表明他是有关大道公司的帮凶，他也促请对方收回他对居民做出毫无根据及不负责任的言论，同时也要他向居民道歉。他也指责张庆信在服务人民时缺乏诚意，根本没有资格当人民代议士。
另外针对Grand Saga大道公司起诉刘天球及加影市议会，他对此表示甭担心，他相信法庭将会主持公道。
出动后备队驱赶居民 张念群促赛哈密解释
行动党沙登区国会议员张念群要求内政部长赛哈密对出动后备队驱赶居民一事做出解释。
联邦后备队于本周四晚在皇冠城主要道路多次发射水炮，以驱散人群。她表示，政府出动联邦对驱散人群的方法是不合理，她要求赛哈密对此事做出解释，为何要出动联邦后备队来驱散人群。
她表示，警方在此事件上应保持中立的立场，更让她感到可悲的是首相声称不只皇冠城风波。
针对Grand Saga大道公司周五发出律师信起诉刘天球一事，她认为这是不对且具有恶意的行为。
“因为刘天球的言论是代表雪州政府的立场，而不是出自个人立场。”
YB要控告警察 林立迎：“我被打了”
蕉赖加影大道公司入禀法庭，拟起诉皇冠城开路委员会主席陈文华、雪州行政议员刘天球及加影市议会，同时申请禁令，在法庭作出任何裁决之前，任何人不能在有关路段有任何的行动。
皇冠城开路委员会法律顾问林立迎指出，大道公司拟妥了两项诉讼，并于昨日入禀高庭起诉上述3个单位，而第二项诉讼案（Saman Dalam Kamar）是大道公司单方面入禀法庭申请禁令，预料会比第一项诉讼案（Saman Pemula）更快开审。
他预料，法官将在下周一或周二就会聆审此案，相信届时法庭也会同时间审理居民申请庭令要开路的案件，因为居民也在9日当天，比大道公司早一小时入禀法庭申请庭令。
他表示，由于双方已将案件交由法庭裁决，因此大道公司暂时不会到现场封路，开路委员会也不能到该处进行任何开路的动作，被起诉者及大道公司4个单位都不能针对皇冠城道路的事件作出任何言论，直到有判决为止，否则将面对藐视法庭罪名。
据了解，陈文华代表律师是在周五下午7时接获有关起诉文件，代表律师也稍后把文件交给陈氏。
根据第一项诉讼书（Saman Pemula）内容指出，3名被告陈文华、刘天球及加影市议会，联同其开路委员会、皇冠城居民、工作人员或任何外人，在未获得大道公司的同意书下，不可自私进入或闯入，大道公司与中央政府1995年的大道合约中拟定范围内。
与此同时，上述人士也不能破坏、移动或插手干预任何由大道公司在大道合约范围内，设下或将建下的阻挡物。同时，大道公司所面对的财物损坏及让交通工具进入大道合约拟定的范围内，致使大道公司面对钱财损失，被告都需作出负责。
同样的大道公司也有权向所有涉及破坏阻挡物的人士要求赔偿及负上责任。
而第二项诉讼书（Saman Dalam Kamar）内容主要是针对第一项讼诉书设下禁令，在未有任何裁决或法庭进一步的指令下，被告及任何人都不能越雷池一步。

compared to civilians because they are given legal powers to use
force when necessary.
any officers found guilty should be severely punished in order
to set an example to protect the good name and standard of this
vital entity.
I support a proper and detailed inquest into the conduct of FRU
that fateful night and hopefully can sort the rotten apples
amongst the good ones.
Didn't the PM promise reforms after 8 March? His silence on this
matter is deafening.

join DAP to strengthen DAP votes among Malay community. DAP
should recruit more moderate Malay thinkers like Sahidi.

I would suggest DAP that the best way to recruit Malay members
is to go out to the public and talk to them and do recruitment
events. I don't think any Malay will walk into DAP office to
sign up and join if this is the mentality of DAP. Do you think
any businessman will ask a Malay how they can get business from
a Malay before they approach Malay clients? I don't think
so...i'm doing sales and I have Malay clients. I don't ask how
....I just go out and get their business just like the way I
approach Chinese and Indians...simple as that.

get advice from Ahmad Noh. He should
be part of the recruitment effort.
you might get cold response initially
but I am sure over time, there will
be results.
let Malay members play a prominant
part they deserve and then we will
