关于这路灯，我以向市议会的工程小组讨论过，会有这问题，是因为地底的电
线有问题，市议会至今没有buget 全面提升地底电线。唯有在高处拉电线接
驳。但露在外的电线却不耐，很快又有问题。我们已在着手处理这问题。因为
人手的问题可能要拿一些时间。新的承包商在5月才会出炉。

Saya tinggal di Taman Desa Serdang . terdapat satu kumpulan
Cina mengadakan kempen rukun tetangga dengan mengupahkan satu
kumpulan security guard yang haram di kawasan pendiaman saya
tanpa kebenaran dari polis. Mereka mendirikan satu bump gate di
Jalan desa serdang 11, 12, dan 13 tanpa 85% kesetujuan dari
penduduk di taman tersebutPenubuhan bump gate tersebut telah
menggangu lalu- lintas dan kehidupan kami di mana bump gate itu
ditutup sepanjang masa dan hanya satu laluan dibenarkan keluar
dan masuk..Bump gate itu sudah menghalangkan ambulance dan bomba
daripada masuk ke kawasan tersebut di mana ini sudah salah dari
segi undang-undang. Jika berlaku kecemasan, ambulance dan bomba
tidak dapat masuk ke kawasan tersebut dengan segera. .Kumpulan
cina itu juga mengenakan bayaran sebanyak RM 50 sebulan terhadap
tiap-tiap keluarga. Bayaran RM50 sebulan adalah cukup beban bagi
kami. Guard itu berupa seperti samseng dan mengambilkan duit
daripada kami apabila melalui boom gate tersebut.

Hi! I am one of the residents in Tmn Seri
Tanming, Cheras. First of all, I would like to
thank u for some improvements on the road
condition as i raised the issue to u during CNY.
WELL DONE.

Anyway, I also would like to address some issues
to u regarding the poor condition nearby by my
area. When on the way from Bdr Damai Perdana
(right in front of Tmn Desa Baiduri)to Tmn Tun
Hussein Onn, there are lots of potholes on the
roadside and the lightings are so dim as most of
the lamp posts are covered my the trees. Same
issue also happen to the area from Bdr Damai
Perdana towards Tmn Damai Impian.

For the safety of the road users, i hope some
drastic actions could be taken as soon as
possible

The road condition in Bandar Damai Perdana's
junction ( in front of vehicle service centre in
the same row with Pos Office) is very poor with
many potholes around. In Taman Tun Hussein Onn,
(right on the way to Mc Donald's from SMK Bdr
Tun Hussein Onn), most of the trees cover the
lamp posts, it is so dim when driving at night.
(Hope some immediate actions would be taken
soon)

taman seri serdang main road street light, nearly
all are not functioning. It has been a while.
please fix that, had call tnb and tnb refer to
mpsj. please look into it. at night come back after
work so dangerous, nearly accident.

Balakong. Saya hendak minta bantuan YB untuk
memperbaiki jalan utama yang masuk ke kawasan
Taman kerana ia ada banyak lubang besar yang
amat bahaya kepada pengguna jalan raya terutama
motosikal.

According to Local Coucillor Taman Sri Serdang Encik Sufari,
MPSJ adi received this complain about the street light not
functioning matter few time ago, but the new budget will be
coming on 3th January 2012. He will follow up with this matter
after MPSJ get the new budget.

I am resident at Bukit Manda'rina Cheras, I dont
know who go to.
There is a proposal for an elevated expressway
(SUKE) to be built on Persiaran Damai, which just
beside our residential area. We are opposing to the
plan but it seems to be in vain.
There will be a public forum on 18 Feb 2012 at
Level 5, Menara MPAJ.

Lately many mosquitoes at sri serdang. Am living at jln 18/28
sri serdang. This is made worst with the drainage at the back of
these houses blocked by some irresponsible household. And lately
did not see local council spraying mosquitoes(maybe they did and
i didn't see, but probably need to do more)

Hi YB,

I would like to seek for your advice on how to file the following complain effectively
and permenently solve the problem: My father live at bandar putra permai,, seri
kembangan (near giant). Since last year, there was a cooking operation at the
house : no. 9, jalan BPP 7/5, bandar putra permai, the back row of my father house.
The cooking starts on 4:30am or more early daily. The noisy sound really
interference the neighbourhood, and the environment is smoky and stench because
of the long hours of cooking still evening time. We had filed a complain to MPSJ last
year, however, after the summon of MPSJ, the cooking operation still continue to do
so, it really make the neighbourhood here disappointed and angry. Thus, please
help us, and let us know how to refer this to the right person. We are willing to
gather the neighbourhood signatures to solve this problem permanently as all of us
do not want to suffer from this anymore. Thanks,

The traffics at Batu 11 Cheras needs to be improved.
Motorcycles shop park the their motorcycles right next to the
bottle neck (Opposite Magnum).

Why both the Highway concessionaires Grand Saga/SILK /
Highway Authority (LLM)/MRT Corp cannot coordinate to build a
interchange between SILK/Grand Saga?. There is a lack of
connectivity between these two Highways. With the new MRT
station nearby coming soon, we will have a grid lock soon. MRT
Corp/Grand Saga/SILK/MPKJ. I am sure there are many
thousand people living around this area sharing my same
predicament. I know this would be very tough question but it
needs to be addressed now before it is too late.
