pls let me know who is the EXCO member for Selangor
state responsible for housing and land. Ex-officer
of MBPJ had practiced and bribed officers inside
for illegal land occupying and illegal contruction
of building with permission and approval. How to
stop this practice. I facing this problem. pls help

surface condition at the junction of traffic
light from SILK highway direction to the new
village before the traffic light.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Actually i would like to apply house renovation
license at MPSJ for my new property. So i went
to MPSJ Serdang branch to ask for details. I
notice that such a "big buiding" ONLY utilize
for pay assessment. I hope that or i suggest
that DAP can take an action
on to this case, because it really wasted.

*For house renovation license issue, we might go
to MPSJ at Subang branch to apply, so
inconvenience and waste of time.

YB 你好 。 我在PUSAT PERDAGANGAN SERI KEMBANGAN 工作 ，
店铺刚好可以看到来往大学岭通往沙登大街方向。YB 。 靠近印度神
庙转弯处 ， 无论是 由沙登大街上去 大学岭方向 或 由 大学岭下
去 沙登大街 经常发生 车祸 ， 我自己亲眼目睹好几次 连环车祸 ，
每次都会涉及五六辆车 原因是排在前面的车子紧急 煞车 后面的车子
总是喜欢跟得太接近 ， 都是人为 。。。
最近 常下雨 ， 地面滑， 特别容易发生意外， 上个星期晚上， 我
看见两 辆 车子 由沙登大街 往 大学岭 方向 前进 ， \突然 BOOM
BOOM PANG ”“” 其中一辆 车子 竟然 飞驰撞向 对面 / 反方向的
路 然后 停在 树前面 ， 幸好当时 反方向那边 应该是红灯 。。 没
有车子行驶 ， 不然肯定有人丧命。 还好司机没事 只是车子
BUMPER 跌落 。 真是不幸中 大幸， 应该是 司机们私下解决， 所
以不为人知 。 凡是经过这段路的朋友们 请你们放慢速度
不要太紧贴 前面的车子 。。

Untuk Perhatian YB,

Saya mewakili penduduk rumah teres s8 bangi. Jln
8/27E di taman kami merupakan jln taman.
Bersebelahan dengan jln tersebut adalah tanah
rizab melayu. 2 buah banglo sedang dibina diatas
tanah rizab melayu tersebut. Penduduk
bagaimanapun kecewa kerana MPKJ telah meluluskan
pelan pembinaan banglo tersebut dimana jln masuk
ke banglo itu akan melalui Jln 8/27E. Jln 8/27E
seperti dimaklumkan oleh pemaju semasa kami beli
rumah adalah jln taman (lebar 20 kaki shj. Jika
ada pembangunan ditanah rizab melayu, lot tanah
yg dibangunkan itu perlu ada rizab jln sendiri.
2 org pegawai dari Jab. Kejuruteraan telah
dipangggil utk melihat sendiri dan bersetuju
bahawa pelan banglo itu tidak betul dan tidak
boleh menggunakan Jln 8/27E sebagai laluan.
Kelulusan pelan bukan dibawah kuasa Jab.
Kejuruteraan, MPKJ. Mungkin ada unsur rasuah
semasa pelan banglo diluluskan. Minta YB semak
dan dtg sendiri melihat lokasi yg dimaksudkan.

I'm a new resident in pusat bandar putra permai (PBPP) seri
kembangan, i would like to make some comment to improve better
living condition as follows:

Road condition
The road condition from puncak jalil to PBPP are from bad to
worse i.e manhole,potthole and sink hole are everywhere and it's
very dangerous to motorcyclist especially at night.

KL Putrajaya highway
Can we expect a positive news pertaining to the new exit for
this highway via seri kembangan

We really hope the state goverment will help the rakyat.

Baru Bangi umumnya dan penduduk disepanjang
Jalan 8/27E khususnya merakamkan ucapan setinggi-
tinggi penghargaan dan terima kasih kepada YB
dan pegawai-pegawai pembantu YB di atas
kesungguhan untuk datang melihat sendiri lokasi
aduan pada 13/12/08 yang lalu. Secara ikhlas dan
jujur saya berkata, komitmen YB terhadap
masyarakat dan kepekaan untuk mendengar setiap
aduan dan pandangan kami cukup mengkagumkan kami
semua. Kehadiran YB dan pembantu 20 minit lebih
awal dari masa yang dijanjikan sudah cukup
menunjukkan minat dan kesungguhan YB untuk
menangani permasalahan rakyat. Perkara sebegini
tidak pernah berlaku semasa kami di bawah YB BN-
UMNO. Semoga YB tegar mengekalkan keperihatinan
tersebut dan terus berkhidmat dengan cemerlang.

Thanks for your comments. Sorry for the late reply as I almost
missed your comment.

My brief reply to the issues you raised: -

1. I will convey your concern to the LC in charge as your area
falls under Seri Serdang constituency.

2. I have raised this issue several times in the Parliament.
however all the answers were not favourable. This issue is under
the ambit of power of Federal Govt. As such despite the fact
that we have taken over the state govt, nth much can be done by
the state govt.

Dear YB.
Until today we hear nothing from YB regarding
the Jalan 8/27E.Untuk makluman & input YB, pada
Jumaat 6 Feb 2009, pemandu jentolak kontraktor
mula menggali longkang / parit yang menjadi
sempadan antara taman dengan tanah banglo.
Wbgpun, semasa menggali longkang tersebut,
jentolak itu telah tergali kabel utama TNB kaw.
Bangi yang tertanam dibawah longkang tersebut.
Kabel elektrik putus & 14 kawasan sekitar Bangi
terputus bekalan eletrik. Pihak TNB dipanggil
utk menyambung semula kabel tersebut. TNB hairan
kenapa kabel utama mereka ditanam dlm tanah
banglo tersebut. TNB berkata kabel hanya ditanam
di tanah rizab awam/kerajaan. Ini menunjukkan 20
kaki dari longkang sempadan ke tanah banglo
tersebut telah diwartakan sebagai rizab untuk
jalan akses utama 40 kaki. Kalau tidak takkan
TNB berani menceroboh tanah individu untuk tanam
kabel! TNB akan menyaman kontraktor bagi
mendapat ganti rugi.Harap YB dapat ambil
maklumat ini untuk disampaikan kepada ahli
majlis.

DEAR YB,
I'm a resident in kg. baru sg. chua kajang who would like to
draw your attention to abandon houses in my village.there have
been cases fire happen in just 2 month.I'm worried that the
third case will happen next to my house(abandon house).I had try
to complain to MPKJ & pakatan rakyat kajang a few times,but no
action taken.
I really hope YB can help our village.

Firstly, thank you for all the efforts that have been done to
our residents of Balakong.
Secondly, I need your help to clarify something regarding the
complaint that I've emailed you before. The complaint was about:
The factory still resumes the daily operation as usual.
NOISE , and noise.. keep churning out from the factory. Smell
from welding is harmful to nearby residents also. The factory is
built side-by-side residential housing area.
After the complaint is being lodged, how long are we supposed to
wait?

I greatly appreciate that Serdang MP Teo Nie Ching will look
into our
problem. Please guide me or suggest to me any constructive actions.

Dear YB,

I am resident of Bandar Tun Hussein Onn (BTHO), loves to have my
breakfast at the hawkers stalls in Suasana, BTHO (Near UDA
office). Due to the brisk sales, the owners of the stall has
widened the stalls for the pleasure of the customers.
Unfortunately this cause fury with MpKJ which wanted to tear
down the renovation from the hard earned money of the hawkers
owners. I think MpKJ should review that decision while having a
proper dialogue with the owners and have an amicable decision.
Would suggest MpKJ should not tear down but increase the rental,
it will be a win-win situation and we the customers can still
enjoy our favorite food in the morning.I hope you can arrange
the dialogue with the owners and MpKJ asap to find a quick
solution.

the stall owners and the authority.

I am a resident in Taman Minang under your constituency.
Although the maintenance of road surface such as potholes was
much better and regular compare to previous administration but I
have a few suggestions:

1. Some of the main roads linking Tmn Minang, Sri Bahagia, Seri
Suria should be resurfaced instead of constant repair. Besides,
certain bumps are steep too.
2. The road linking Tmn Tun Hussein Onn to Damai Perdana are
full of potholes and certain bumps are too steep.

Dear YB
I am resident in Tmn Cheras Prima, recently 1 of
neighbour converted their house, corner-lot double
link house (next to the main road) to food store
illegally. They run their business from evening till
mid night.
This activity had interrupted our daily lifestyles.
The customers parked their vehicles anywhere they
like and this had caused few issues/problem to us
such as block the entrance of the road with main
road, park in front of main gate of houses etc. This
always put everyone use/pass-by this area/road in
high risk and caused accident. As residence, we are
the 1st and high risk victims.
We had made numerous complaints to MPKJ, however yet
to see action taken/done.
Very curious and surprise that why a residence
double-stories house converted illegally to food
store but no action to stop it. Moreover, there are
shophouse just across this house.
Hope that you can help us on this, we want our life
back, a peaceful, quite and safe environment.
