黄朱强称获情报赵明福死于自杀 . 张念群挑战申请成为皇委会证人
Yesterday Wangsa Maju MP Wee Choo Keong claimed that DAP withdrew from the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) probing Teoh Beng Hock’s death because it knew he had committed suicide.
DAP's deputy national publicity secretary cum Serdang MP Teo Nie Ching lashs out at Wee Choo Keong's baseless claim and challenges Wee Choo Keong to self-nominate himself as a witness in Teoh RCI if he has any proof on this matter.
民主行动党全国副宣传秘书张念群今日炮轰旺沙玛株区独立国会议员黄朱强，污蔑行动党是因为知道赵明福死于自杀，才退出皇家委员会听证会的言论，并挑战后者若持有证据证赵明福自杀，应自动向皇委会申请成为证人。
她指出，黄朱强的言论是非常不负责任的，同时也希望他能够出示确实证据，来支持他的相关言论。
“他的言论非常不负责任，如果他有证据大可以报案，或者向皇委会申请成为证人，不应该通过媒体，发表不负责任及毫无事实根据的言论。”
张念群是于今日，针对黄朱强指行动党是因为明知赵明福是死于自杀，才决定退出皇委会听证会的指责，发表上述谈话。
行动党对皇委会失去信心才退出
她强调，行动党及赵家决定退出皇家委员会听证会，完全是基于对皇委会失去信心，而这一点，身为赵家代表律师兼行动党主席的卡巴星，已经做出非常明确交代。
询及行动党至今是否仍认为赵明福是被谋杀而非自杀时，张念群表示，根据一般常理，一个正准备结婚，而在死前仍发短讯通知朋友出席其婚宴的人，根本没有理由跑去自杀。
她也指责反贪污委员会一直试图制造赵明福是畏罪自杀的假像，但事实上，有关案件在调查了一年多，直至今日仍没有查出贪污的证据，反贪污如此把罪名推到死者身上，实在有欠公平。
称获消息指行动党知道赵明福死于自杀
黄朱强今日召开记者会，向媒体声称，民主行动党选择退出皇委会，是因为该党知道赵明福是死于自杀。
他宣称，行动党内部消息告诉他，赵明福确实是死于自杀，而不是被谋杀。
“根据我的消息来源，行动党是在害怕皇委会的调查结果，因为他们知道这起案件的真相，他们知道这是一起自杀事件。”
黄朱强是于今日，在独立议员共识会办公室召开记者会时，发表上述谈话。
询及赵家是否也知道有关赵明福被指是自杀的消息时，他说，他不知道赵家是否也知道，但是行动党肯定知道，否则为什么要退出皇委会听证会？
针对为什么行动党领袖，包括林吉祥极力促使政府设立皇委会调查赵明福死因后，又要退出皇委会时，黄朱强说，这可能是行动党料想不到政府真的会成立皇委会。
此外，他也针对赵家代表律师卡巴星质疑皇委会主席冯正仁资格一事，而向卡巴星开炮。
他指出，卡巴星要求冯正仁退出皇委会的理由，是一个不能被接受的理由。
“当你要求冯正仁退出皇委会，我们必须有证据证明他不符合出任皇委会主席的资格，可以他们没有，他们以冯正仁仍是联邦法院法官做为理由。”
他强调，由一名在职法官担任皇委会主席并没有错，在英国或其他共和联邦国家，都有由在职法官出任有关职位的例子。
针对反贪会要利用赵明福指证反对党领袖的可能性时，黄朱强也说，如果是这样，那他很难找到理由去相信为什么反贪污委员会要伤害自己的证人。
“如果赵明福真的是反贪会杀害的，那反贪会应该解散，你怎么能够杀了一只会生金蛋的鹅?”

evidence of suicide then tax payers' money saved
and truth is known.
However, if WCK only heard something without
having proof to back up the words, he can't
seriously believe this as a qualified lawyer.
Can WCK be indicted for impending justice if he
refused to divulge his source and evidence?
I believe WCK has some personal opinion with
certain DAP personality, and I expect some war
of words in normal political match up. However
by inflicting more pain on a family that has
suffered too much, this does not speak volumes
about him as a politician but as a human being.
People of Wangsa Maju voted in a WCK riding on
Pakatan ticket, not the present invidual that he
is now.

Sad that he claims himself as MP. To me and believe
many Malaysian will have the same feeling that he is
not fit as MP because his speech just hurting and
insulting of a normal man.
