Together, let us endorse Earth Hour
Saudara dan saudari sekalian,
1) The Penang State Government has endorsed Earth Hour 2010, people are encouraged to switch off their non-essential electrical appliances or lightings for 1 hour on 27 March, 8.30-9.30pm. The official launching will be held at KOMTAR WALK.
2) Please upload the icon of Earth Hour into your Blog or Facebook etc to solicit support.
3) Tell the people what WE can do together to save energy after this 1-hour activity:-
(i) Keep your air-con temperature between 22-24C (KOMTAR is proudly doing this), we are living tropical country, it is not necessary for us to dress up like people living the winter country.
(ii) "BYE BYE Stand By" mode - This can save your energy up to 25% and eventually translated into money-saving.
