【南洋商报】 张念群促殴打案目击者 向警方报案说出真相

（蕉赖31日讯）沙登区国会议员张念群昨日促凡是在当天看到被警方以企图谋杀罪名提控的4 名男女殴打案公众，立刻向警方报案，以说出事实的真相。
她说，凡是看到事实真相的公众，应该挺身而出，因为只要他们愿意报案，就可协助揪出疑滥权警员，还可协助被控者洗脱罪名。
她表示：“21岁的学生可能驾驶上有些鲁莽，可是我相信，他绝对不会想去谋杀警察。而且，有关罪名有一些恐怖。”
她昨日在蕉赖皇冠城交替路口针对4 名公众被控企图谋杀警员一事，向记者这么说。
张念群说，虽然她曾于前日在国会针对此事询问内政部副部长拿督曹智雄，不过后者却说至今，警方尚未接获任何指警方暴力对待人民的投报。
“所以我希望人民可以勇敢的投报。
至于民主行动党，我们除会紧密跟进此事之外，也会提供法律支援。”
针对日前因封路风波而受伤的居民，张念群说，如果居民因受伤而无法工作一两天，该党将想办法提供一些金钱补偿予他们。
她说，因此而受伤的居民也可以在收集足够证据后，向警方索偿，因为警方已在行动中对他们造成了不必要的伤害，因此有义务提供金钱上的赔偿予当事人。
另外，蕉赖皇冠城开路行动委员会主席陈文华呼吁受伤人士主动联络他们，以让该委员会在进行统计后，与雪州行动党律师团商讨如何解决此事。
询及该委员会是否会追究涉及单位，他说，该委员会必须等待义务律师所提供的法律咨询后，才作出定夺。

the PDRM is wrong in using excessive force, regardless if the
arrest is correct from point of law.
PDRM compounded the error by making a charge that is bordering
on mockery of people's common sense

The PM and Speaker Pandikar have let the rakyat down time and
again.
If Genghis Khan plus Attila the Hun plus their hordes appeared
and charging through KL and Cheras, I can imagine the Speaker
dismissing PR MPs' motion to discuss as not urgent.

昨天大人還在報章上說近日要會見雪州大臣以商討開路之事，
輕而易取的把幾位民聯新科議員們的”苦”勞給比下去。這招
不但以逸待勞，而且還影射幾位民聯議員們辦事不周！看來這
幾位議員為皇冠城所撇的汗珠子可是白流的！
兩個星期前您靜悄悄地和開路委員會對話以尋求解決之途徑，
但現在卻高調的在報章上公開一切。小人猜想當初是還未得到
主子的恩准，而來招”琵琶遮月”以免冒瀆天威吧？您這招”

Ong Tee Keat is the only MCA guy I like.
Chew Mun Fun come across as a sore loser in a recent episode of
"talking issue" on AEC while Wee Ka Siong tends to talk down
people, unlike Loh Chee Chang from KeAdilan that always talk
sense in a succint calm way.

Not Ong Tee Keat did his job at the end. By
right is Ong Tee Keat managed to slot in with
the intention of taking the credit from PR!

Ong Tee Keat was informed by BMC committe around a month ago so
he wasn't involved in this manner since the beginning. At least
he put in effort as a transport minister to help solving this
problem. Of course all this while DAP had been fighting for the
rights of the residence over the past 2 years, we don't deny
their contribution.
I don't think Ong want to get credit (unlike the work minister)
because the meeting between him and the BMC committe was not
publicize until this issue was solved. Sometimes we can't
oppose just because some one is not from the DAP party. From my
opinion, I doubt the federal gov will want to deal with PR state
gov. That's why it's understood that the BMC committee went to
Ong for help after went through so many department.

publicising now? Why he never keep quiet
