This is another reminder to how delicate life is, because we're here one day and gone the next. 
Patrick Swayze is one of my favorite actor, I still remember watching the movie "The Outsiders" and I still remember thinking to myself how cool he was. The reason I saw that movie was because I had to read the book for a school and after reading it I really liked it so I rented the movie. I still remember going to a local video rental "Rogers Video" near my house in Vancouver, I was still in elementary school. 
I also remember seeing "Dirty Dancing", I was invited to this girls house to watch the movie and it was the very first time I've ever been invited to a girl's house, I wasn't the only one invited, there were other kids from class there but it was still the first time I've been invited to a girl's house and I think I was only 10 or so. I remembered thinking about how cool it was to be someone like Patrick Sawyze, it seemed like he could do it all, he could fight and dance, to me that was super cool. I don't think I started any dance lessons or anything after but those were great memories. Besides the dancing and fight, I think it was when he was on SNL that really made me a fan of his, and he always seem like such a new person. 

We don't miss the good things until they're gone.
And it's a shame how we are...............

有一段時間沒有寫Blog，因為最近真的發生了很多的事情。所以需要時間整理心裡的話。

大家都應該知道88水災。 有很多的東西，家，人都失去了。
該說的大家都說過了，但是該做的事還有很多。
除了東西，家，生命。很多受害者的心靈也被影響到。

需要大家的力量一起重建！
需要大家的力量一起支持！
需要大家的力量一起愛！
需要大家的力量一起癒合！
需要大家團結的力量！

有很多城市跟人都需要一段的時間去重建跟治療，一年，兩年，或是三年不管需要多久，多難，我們都要加油！
時間跟愛是可以治療一切的，需要愛的時間來了！
 

Sorry it's been while since I posted anything, because a lot of things has happened recently and I needed sometime to gather my thoughts.

As most of you know Taiwan recently suffered a terrible disaster (the 88 flood). A lot for properties, homes and lives were lost in the flood. I'm pretty sure that everything that needs to be said has already been said, but there are a lot of thing left to be done.

Andy, you have to stop coping me! Every time I have a birthday, you'll go and have your birthday the very next day!!! Hehe....... 
I wish that you'll have the greatest + happiest birthday. 

Hopefully you'll try to be original next year and you won't do your birthday right after mine and try to pick an age that I haven't already done! Ok!! LOL

I can finally take a breath now, as I was really really REALLY busy the last few weeks and now I guess I can finally get some decent sleep.
But something very odd is going around this week within the last 5 days of so, a few of my friends are trying to play cupid and set me up with some girls. So within 5 days, 5 separate friends trying to set me up with 5 different girls............ That's three 5's, 5 is my favorite number but............. Something very odd is happening here, must be the solar eclipse! But at the end I think I'm not very good with setup and I think most people are that way, because if you know your friends are trying to introduce you to someone and you finally do meet that person, it gets a little awkward. So a little advise to all the cupids out there, if you are trying to set up your friends! Don't! I repeat DON'T tell them about it! Just introduce them, it's easier that way and it's a lot less uncomfortable.

終於可以呼氣了，拍完MV的幾個禮拜真的忙到爆現在比較好了，可以好好的睡一下。
但是這5天有一些奇怪的事情發生，我有好幾個朋友要檔丘比特說要介紹女生給我認識。所以天以內有5個不同的朋友說要介紹5個不同的女生給我認識。。。。。。 三個5，雖然5是我最喜歡的號碼但是。。。。。 有點怪，可能是日蝕的關係。。。。 我對朋友介紹女生還滿不習慣的，因為如果是介紹的話。 檔我看到對方的時候會很不自在。所以我給大家一個小忠告，如果真的想介紹的話最好不要說，直接介紹就好了。這樣雙方都比較不會覺得奇怪！

I know this is a very difficult topic but I feel I need to say this.
My good friend from (三角Cool) Luke, his Mom just passed away. I really didn't know how to approach this but I feel I need to let him know!

Luke, I know there's nothing that I can do or nothing that can say that will change that fact that you lost your beloved mother. The only thing that I can do is be there for you if you ever need anything, anytime, anywhere I'm here for you bro!
You loved your mom with all your heart and I felt this love that you have for her from just being around you, I felt this without you ever saying a word and if I can feel it I'm sure your mom knows it too! The only thing that I can say is that your mom knows that you love her so so much and I'm sure she very proud to have a son like you.
The lord has great plans for you and is taking good care of your mother now! She's in a better place and I'm sure she's smiling in heaven just thinking about you! Be strong, be proud! Our loved ones might not be with us forever physically but she will always be with you!

我的好朋友三角Cool的小崔的媽媽過世了。我本來真的不知道要說什麼但是我有一些話想他知道。

Luke，我知道不管我說什麼也沒辦法改變你親愛的媽媽的事。我只可以說的是如果你有任何的需要I'll be there for you!
我認識你這幾年我知道你非常非常愛你的媽媽雖然你沒有跟我說但是我感覺到，如果我可以感覺到的話你的媽媽也一定知道。我只能說你的媽媽知道你有多愛她也很驕傲有你這個兒子。
主有幫你安排很多很大的事，主也會好好的照顧你媽媽！她現在一定很開心，在天堂看著你對你笑。要堅強，要加油。我們最愛的人可能不會永遠在我們身邊但是你媽媽會永遠陪著你！

Just finished film a Music Video a few days ago and it was a really long shoot. I guess I was ok with the long hours during the shoot but it took me a few days to recover, or maybe it's because I've still been busy with the video so I haven't really been sleeping much since the shoot. This video shoot was very different from things that I've done before, it was very very challenging and at the same time a great lesson. But like always I had lots of fun during the shoot, I think that's because I always work with friends and it makes it that much better. I would always turn down projects that are for artist, I guess only work for the joy of working. A little spoiled huh!
right now I'm working on the post production of the video right now and with this video the post production is a huge part of the video, can wait to finish this because it's something very new for me.

前幾天剛剛拍完一個MV，哪天拍好久哦。在拍的時候不會累，但拍完之後的幾天都好累哦，也可能是因為拍完之後的幾天都沒有停過所以沒有睡飽過。這次的MV是跟我以前拍過的東西很不一樣，對我來說是一個很大的挑戰也有學到很多。不過跟每一次一樣還是拍的很開心因為都是跟朋友工作。我常常會吧很多跟其他藝人的工作都推掉，因為對我來說開心的工作是最重要的。是有一點被寵壞了。。。。
現在在做MV的後期，這次的MV後期是非常大的一部分。很期待吧所有100％做完的畫面！

今天我們失去了一位非常有才華的音樂傢和一個非常有影響的人。 我很幸運在東京看到他的“History Tour"演唱會，直到現在那一場演唱會還是我過最佳的表現。

關於失去Michael Jackson最哀傷的部分是，雖然他今天死了，但是我覺的這世界很久以前已經吧他的心殺了有一陣子。 媒體為了錢用不同的方式傷害他，媒體就像癌癥一樣慢慢的吧他殺了。 我不想去判斷他做過的或是他的生活方式。 我唯一想談論是我覺得我們的世界病了，媒體只要報負面的新聞跟悲慘的故事。 如果某人做了好事，做了善事或做了有幫助別人的事。 媒體不會想報這重事，報紙不會提，電視不會麻煩報告，雜誌隻想要拍半裸或是走光的女孩。

是媒體的錯嗎？ 是！因為媒體通常都會讓人悲傷和掉臉賺了才可以賺多一點錢(為什麼是攝影師在記者會總是在想辦法拍女生的內衣相？)。 我們是不是應該要有法律禁止這種類照片行為。

是民眾的錯嗎？ 是！因為很多人的心裡也是有問題，不知道為什麼那麼多人都愛八卦，這些人就事愛管別人的事，愛看別人掉臉。 就像毒品一樣，如果沒人使用毒品，就沒人賣毒品。 我們現在的愛報的新聞就是毒品，為了很多人民不知道為設嘛已經迷上它了。

我們不可以繼續象這樣，我們需要集合我們的力量去治療我們這個有病的世界！

我們應該在聽聽 Michael Jackson 的一首歌「Heal The World」，我覺的他有留下一個跟我們的信息在歌那裡。

Today we lost a very talented musician and a very influential person. I was lucky enough to see Michael Jackson in Tokyo when he was there for the History tour, until now it's still one of the the best performance that I've seen.
The saddest part about losing Michael Jackson is even though he died today but the world we live in killed him inside a long time ago. The media has been making lots and lots of money killing him with the kinds of stories that are like cancer. I'm not going to judge Michael Jackson on what he did or how he lived his life. The only thing I want to talk about is the fact that we live in a very sick world today, filled with mainly negative news and tragic stories. If someone did something good, did some kind of charity or did something out of kindness to help someone. The media will not care about it, the newspaper most likely won't mention it, tv stations won't bother to report it, magazines only want to show half naked girls and other craziness that fills the world.
Is it the media's fault? Yes! Because they make a lot of money off other people's sadness and humility (why are photographers at press conferences always trying to take pictures of girls underwear?). There should be some kind of law that prohibits this kinds of photographs.
Is it the public's fault? Yes! Because for some sick reason, a lot of people care so much about what other people do and what embarrassments other people go through. It's like drugs, if there are no one using drugs, no one will be selling drugs. The type of news that we're filled with these days are like a drug, for some strange reason a lot of people are addicted to it.

Let's all try to put our strengths together and try to heal our sick world because we can't go on living like this!

Maybe it's time we listen to the song "Heal the World" again because I think Michael left us a great message in there.

I saw the movie "The Hangover" last night and I have to say that it's one of the best comedy that I've seen in a very long time. I was laughing from the beginning to the end and I was still laughing talking about it today at the office. I think this movie is a must see movie, I don't endorse the things that they do in the movie but it's really funny.
Actually after that movie there was a not so funny incident, I think I was laughing so hard that I dropped my wallet right out of my pocktet, but luckily the people at the movie theater found it and called me. So I drove back to the theater to pick up my wallet, the good thing is I got the wallet back but the bad thing was all the money was gone. Actually not all the money, they left me with a 100NT (so nice of them to leave me taxi money). The movie tickets were free but I guess it turned out to be a very expensive movie after all. Anyways I totally recommend this movie to everyone..... everyone over 18 actually but make sure you don't laugh too hard and drop your wallet!

昨天看了一部叫醉後大丈夫的電影，我覺得是我看過最好看的喜劇之一。真的從頭笑到尾，今天在公司聊到電影的時候有笑了很久。我非常推薦這部電影給大家不過我不推薦電影裏的行爲，但是真的很好笑。
看完電影之後接到一通電話，可能我看的時候笑得太用力了害我的錢包掉了，還好電影院的人有找到。我馬上開車回去，錢包有拿回來不過錢都被拿走了。不能說都被拿走因爲他們有留100塊給我（好貼心留給我座車回家）。電影票是免費的不過後來變了一部很貴的電影，希望大家看得時候不要笑的太用力像我一樣笑到錢包都不見了。

The weather is getting better and better, hotter and hotter and that means it's time to hit the outdoors. Surfing, rock climbing, BBQ, BBQ at the beach, BBQ in the park, BBQ in the yard and did I mention BBQ? I can't get my mind off BBQ cuz I'm really hungry right now, alright gonna grab something to eat! BBQ anyone?

天氣越來越好，越來越熱，所以要開始到外面玩。衝浪，爬山，BBQ，在海邊BBQ，在公園BBQ，在花園BBQ！好想BBQ！可能是因為我餓了。好吧去吃點東西！

It's time to start getting back in shape, I've been away from the gym for a while now. Actually I've lost a lot of weight too, I'm the type that will lose weight if I don't workout and I've lost 8kg......... So as I'm making my way back to the gym everyone at the gym is like "What happened to you? You're so skinny now!?" I used to be a gym rat, and I will feel really incomplete if I didn't go to the gym, and it's not only weight that I've lost, also a lot of strength. But my plan is to gain most of it back in by July. So on that note I better get ready to go to the gym!

我要去健身房，太久沒有去了。如果我不去健身的話我會變瘦，我已經瘦了8公斤了。最近去健身房看到健身房的人它們都會說“你變好瘦哦！”。我以前一定要去健身，如果不去的話會不舒服。不只是變瘦，還有變弱了。我希望7月左右可以練回來，好吧要去健身房了。
