生活競賽評分項目

一、出缺勤班級經營

1.   扣分項目

A. 遲到 -0.5分

B. 病假 -1.0分

C. 事假 -1.5分

D. 曠課 -2.0分

E.   未準時填寫到校管制一覽表 -1.0分

F.   未準時填寫缺曠記錄點名板 -1.0分

G. 以上二項紀錄內容，不相同 -2.0分

H. 加分項目

I.     全班當日全勤且無遲到，可於隔日第一節下課至學務處，領取獎勵卡一張。

J.    全班當週全勤且無遲到，該班加3分。

K.     全年級當日全勤且無遲到，該年級每班加一分。
