Lakeside, 雨尾的果蔬


這趟去鄉下已是雨季尾巴,
野蕈撿不到10朵,
薑倒是挖了不少,
自己種的嫩薑吃來辛香又無渣,超有成就感的.

這批薑才種了不到四個月,,
只灑了三次有機液肥,
能由一節長成四、五節,
我也滿意嘍!


記得才沒多久之前,
還聽著G在唸說他天天吃楊桃已吃到發膩了,
可我這趟去了10天只摘得了4粒.

昨日G來電話說這幾天風好大,
一大串(有八、九掛呢!)綠香蕉已被吹倒了,
新長的楊桃花怕也是不保.

今年辣椒長得不錯,
已可自給自足地做辣豆瓣醬了.


雨季裡甘蔗長得挺好,
回曼谷前, G砍下了好幾根,
他削蔗皮, 我去蔗節,
得了三大盤,
帶回家以饗二牛.

吃著無節甘蔗的牛說
好幸福!

    若然我也吃到去皮去節的甘蔗, 我都覺幸福啊!
    能夠自給自足, 一定好滿足.
    連楊桃都有.
    那些子(嫩)薑長得很漂亮, 嫩嫩的好像嬰兒的皮膚, 粉粉的.

    我會對我的花草樹木說話, 長得好的我會誇讚, 不長果子的會被我叨唸.
    哈哈哈哈哈哈. 我們種有7棵楊桃樹, 只有一棵最早種的已四歲可正常結
    果子, 上回果熟時正巧我在曼谷, G只好一人獨享,他送了幾十粒出去, 但
    仍然是吃到怕了.:P

    我也要做幸福小魚,一碟無節甘蔗就夠了
    謝謝大海^o^
    水果我也是十分喜愛的
    尤其菠蘿、芒果、榴槤......
    想到就開心了!
    生果的甜我是很接受的,平日不喝甜的我,對於甜美的現榨蔗汁可是十分鍾愛啦!
    (沒辦法,小魚難得有無節的甘蔗吃,日常喝到蔗汁已經覺得很幸福了!)

    薑我也很喜歡呀
    不過老薑我會喜歡多一些
    用來煮薑糖水、薑(大量的)炒飯......
    一定要老薑才夠味呢!
    你是否直接用吃剩的薑來種植?
    我也想試試啊!

    大海, 那麼嫩的薑做酸薑就最好味了.
    楊桃也自家種, 唉, 難為我每年只吃一兩隻, 有時碰不上, 就沒得吃呢!

    Trust me, you won't be glad to eat more than 100 bananas

    Yes, I use the 老薑, you can cut the roots (with a sharp
    knife) into several pieces ( each piece should have 1 or 2
    spouts), and plant them separately . Ginger loves sandy,
    well-drained soil.

    I love to add some lemon juice on the 現榨蔗汁. ^^b But I
    prefer to chew the sugarcane by myself.

    my harvest is too little to make the pickeled ginger, I'll
    plant more next year. ^^

    Lucky U, I haven't had star fruit since N years ago.

    I just want sugar cane juice, you can chew the cane hah.

    I like your ginger, I have been thinking about planting it for
    the last 2 years, maybe I'll give it a try next year, but I have
    to find an organic source first.
    I don't trust the gingers from mainland China, they are soaked
    in some kind of chemicals to make them look plump and juicy,
    unfortunately that's what Asian markets sell.

    拿嫩薑做紫薑牛肉,或學馬來婦女做月子時吃的酸薑豬腳都堪絕味。
    只是嫩紫薑溼熱超重,吃多了熱毒在肝化不去時,秋天就長針眼。我年輕時愛吃
    紫薑做的菜,吃到後來長針眼不算,一隻眼還同時長出五個膿頭來。

    也是年少輕狂事。

    G說他吃了太多的楊桃都在腸胃不適了, 所以說只有中庸才是王道, :P.
    你耐心等我收得了老薑再寄給你, 我的薑是泰國原生種, 辛香少渣,
    ^^b, btw, 我的嫂嫂(住在CA)會去你家學種菜, 她可能已在你家潛水了.^^
