人比人會氣死人，往往人自信心低很多來自於比較，
高矮胖瘦美醜拿來比較其實很不客觀，評斷人是充滿主觀的，
有的人覺得他很帥，但另一個覺得他很醜，所謂情人眼中出西施。
正確建立自我價值觀，建立起自己的自信心，每個人都是獨特的。
展現自己的優點，修正自己的缺點，多看別人的優點。
