尚未填寫校外實習保險資料表的同學們
星期一中午前是最後的機會了
請自行找河豚登記
已有保險的人也請找我登記一下姓名

除了要繳交實習合約書
還有SW期末作業檔案(USB)~謝謝
切記以上都請在中午十二點前完成

另外當天中午十二點在D0229要開班會
除了合約書問題補充事項
還要選大三上學期幹部喔
