我的肌肉!

我的肌肉慢慢在消失了!要轉成肥肉啦@@

我要趕快補充高蛋白!

腹肌好難練ㄚ..每次在練腹肌的時候腰都好酸痛ㄚ!

明天要練哪裡ㄋ??我看來練背好了
胸肌已經差不多了!

特別鼓勵大家多運動喔!
