運動減肥

這次減肥要用運動減肥

一個禮拜至少跑步一次
一個禮拜上三小時肚皮舞

重點是「養成規律的運動習慣」

跑30分鐘的步,脂肪可以燃燒六小時,連睡覺也在燃燒

多滑算丫!!!

我才不要節食

新陳代謝率已經隨著年紀下降了

不得不運動了
