上個禮拜大吃燒烤、炸雞、蛋糕甜食
體重沒啥改變
體脂肪竟然突破24大關
天呀~好久沒有這麼油過了


早上
*綜合水果一份
*無糖豆漿大杯


中午
*水煮地瓜兩條


下午
*無糖綠茶



肥油快點遠離我!!
