梅姬颱風

這次的颱風梅姬雖然沒有直接侵台，可是外圍環流的影響卻讓半個宜蘭泡在水中，


昨天下午回去看到街道的景象，讓我頓時傻了，因為這是宜蘭20年來第一次發生這


麼嚴重的水災，還有我的學校蘇澳海事也淹了，希望宜蘭的大水趕快退，也祈禱宜


蘭趕快恢復正常..
