Bad experiences in 2 SHINS outlets

1st: Shins outlet in Sunway Pyramid:

I went in and wanted to get myself a L'oreal hair serum/lumi oil, but there are 3 types with 3 different colours and I don't know what are the differences. Transparent, yellow and orange colour, the promoter who is an old aunty explained with obvious frustration look as if this is not her job, and her explanation doesn't clear my doubts either.

2nd: Shins outlet in Bkt Raja, Klang:

Again, I want to find out more about this L'oreal lumi oil but the promoter said she wants to introduce me a better hair serum.

So ok, let's hear what she says. She introduced me a Lakme brand hair serum and I tried it on my hair and find that it doesn't make remarkable improvement on the appearance of my hair. I told her last time I have tried Lakme treatment mask and feels not that good too, she told me this hair serum you have to use it for a long period then will see the result.

Fine, I'm not really interested after finding out the price is RM98 for 1 freaking small bottle. I walked to L'oreal rack and asked her to explain the differences:

Me: What are the differences ah between these 3 bottles?

She: With your hair condition, even if you use this L'oreal lumi oil, your hair won't be able to absorb and still feel dry. The Lakme hair serum that I introduce will be much better.

I feel so irritated with her pushy behavior, and I hate it when people don't answer directly what I'm asking. I'm asking the differences, she answered me back Lakme is better.

FUCK!!! I'll do my own research via google and the next time I visit Shins, I will just buy it without even let them have the chance to open their mouth and push other products to me!!!

Grrr~~ hate pushy promoters! Not only SHINS, SASA too!!!
