求救!!

我是個無助又窮困的單親媽媽,請大家幫幫忙,如果有相同經歷,或有相關知識的專業人士,我現在面臨要跟學校及旅行社談論和解的事情,因為小孩參加學校活動造成12節胸椎壓迫性骨折,目前小孩的狀況還在恢復當中,我不知要怎麼談才不會損失自己的權益,如果有專業又熱心的人士幫忙就更好,拜託!拜託!..
