很有意義

今天是10/26號~

今天做了一件非常有意義的事


就是把血捐了出來~!! ^^

唉唷~

也就是捐血辣~ ^^


一直聽別人說要捐血~

自己也就來嘗試看看~~

哇~

第一次眼睜睜看著自己的血被輸進血袋裡面~

感觸良多~~~

我覺得捐血對自己有幫助~

也可以幫助有需要幫助的人~

想到自己的血可以幫助別人還可以幫助自己

心情整的就愉快了起來~!!!

我們要設身處地為別人著想~

這樣日子就會過的很愉快~!!!
