鳳梨酥

材料:

  1.奶油 225g  

  2.油酥 225g

  3.糖  100g

4.奶粉 80g

 5.蛋1個

6.起司粉 50g

7.低粉 600g

 8.鳳梨餡

作法:
 
    將1.2.3 放入鍋中打至發白,加入但後繼續拌勻

    加入所有的粉再拌勻,靜放20分
 
    放入模型中家鳳梨餡後,放入烤箱中
