衝操場


800公尺  2趟  要3分內

再來

400公尺  4趟  要60秒內


最後

200公尺  3趟  要30秒內


有史以來最累的一次


全隊買單


下午休息2個小時半


打對抗賽


還打到腰受


真是腰受= =


好累........
