食在健康

夏天來摟~~

最近很健康每天的食物來源都自己DIY

可愛的便當盒裝生菜、小黃瓜、紅椒黃椒、蘿蔔、洋蔥等蔬果

或幾顆奇異果鳳梨香蕉

再配一杯統一高纖無糖豆漿

這陣子覺得這樣超級無敵美味~

每天一想到要吃這些心情就很開心

當然也可以順便減肥啦~~

哈哈HAHA


加上早睡早起

感覺都快變老人的fu....



不過身體跟精神有明顯的有精神朝氣多了

果然吃的東西很重要阿~~



快點發摟ME~~

當個健康有活力的寶寶
