麵包果料理



麵包果採收季節是七八月
採收回來放冷凍庫冰三小時
如果沒有冰凍去皮會流白色的汁液
手和刀都黏答答很難處理
將外皮削掉切成塊狀
和薑絲一起煮湯很清爽
再加一點小魚乾
味道更是鮮美
麵包果成熟季節
松鼠和台灣藍鵲常來造訪
